What is WeDoSavings and how does it work?
WeDoSavings is a service that saves you money by finding you the best discounts and coupons available for high street shopping. We give you the best possible deals by checking the market on your behalf daily.
How will I be notified about new deals?
We will send an alert to the email address registered on your account, be sure to check daily to ensure you don’t miss out!
How often can I access my WeDoSavings account to check for discounts?
As often as you would like, paid accounts have unlimited access to WeDoSavings discounts.
Why do you charge a fee, and when will you charge me?
We offer a paid account to customers who wish to have access to better features and bigger discounts than what is available on the free account. If you choose to have a paid account, you will not be charged for at least 14 days after you have signed up, giving you plenty of time to ensure your WeDoSavings membership works for you.
Can I cancel my membership, and what is your refund policy?
Yes, you can cancel your membership free of charge within 14 days of it being created. We just require you to email us at customerservice@wedosavings.co.uk or call us on 02034764531 or fill out our contact us form to enable the team to process your request. We will endeavour to respond within 48 hours. Once we are in receipt of your cancellation form there will be no further activity on your account.
How do I change my password?
Simply log in to your members area and enter the new password under Account Settings.
How do I recover my password?
You can request a new password by following the “Forgotten Password?” link on the Member Login area. An email will then be sent to the email address connected to your account, with further instructions.

If you see WeDoSavings on your bank statement it is due to you having and WeDoSavings membership. WeDoSavings
direct debit is how we collect your membership fees. The WeDoSavings payment will appear on your bank statement as
